So it's another Tuesday and I did do measurements today and even though it wasn't really what I wanted to see, I was a bit surprised considering I have not been able to get to the gym as much as I wanted due to Aspen getting sick and last week we were incredibly busy...so on that note, here are my results from today's measurements...
Inches lost: 1/2 inch
Pounds lost: 0
So at least I lost a 1/2 an inch, a little disappointed about the 0 pounds lost, but this week I have been back on track and getting to the gym more! Yea! Hoping next Tuesdays results will be much better and more exciting to look at.
